Exchange Policy – Vilante
At Vilante, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement (exchange) only.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange is applicable only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
Exchange Not Applicable For

Change of mind / personal preference

Incorrect product ordered by the customer

Minor color variation due to lighting or photography
Exchange Request Window
You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Exchange Process

Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if applicable) or guide you for return shipping

After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement will be dispatched

Exchange will be processed for the same product (subject to availability)
Important Notes

Product must be unused and in original packaging
-
Without proper proof (images/videos), exchange may be declined
No Stock Scenario
In case a replacement product is not available in stock, and the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Our team will contact you via email to collect your bank account details or UPI information
- You will be required to fill and submit the requested details
- Once verified, the amount will be refunded to your provided bank account/UPI.
