Exchange Policy – Vilante

At Vilante, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement (exchange) only.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is applicable only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)


Exchange Not Applicable For

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or photography


Exchange Request Window

You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, email us at:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if applicable) or guide you for return shipping

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement will be dispatched

  • Exchange will be processed for the same product (subject to availability)


Important Notes

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Without proper proof (images/videos), exchange may be declined


No Stock Scenario

In case a replacement product is not available in stock, and the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Our team will contact you via email to collect your bank account details or UPI information
  • You will be required to fill and submit the requested details
  • Once verified, the amount will be refunded to your provided bank account/UPI.
